They Ignored My Cancellation Until It Was Too Late. Felt Completely Trapped

I really wanted to like this company, but my experience was genuinely frustrating.

I ordered a blanket and realized shortly after that I wanted to cancel. I contacted customer service the very next day before the item had shipped and asked them to cancel the order. They replied saying they were "looking into it," which gave me hope.

But then… nothing. I followed up again and again, only to get the same vague response: “We’re contacting the warehouse.” No real updates, no action. And then, days later, I suddenly received a shipping confirmation.

At that point, it felt pretty clear that they had stalled just long enough for the item to ship, knowing that returning it would cost me nearly half the product’s price in shipping fees. Its a tactic that left me feeling trapped and taken advantage of.

I was not asking for anything unreasonable, just a cancellation before shipping. But it seems like they were more interested in pushing the order through than doing what’s right for the customer.

If youre thinking of ordering from here, be very careful. They might not be responsive if you run into any issues. I really wish this had gone differently.
