COVID-19 Update:

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the worldwide air-traffic has been severely disrupted. We are still shipping within the U.S. and worldwide, however, delivery can take up to 20 business days longer than our regular time frame due to delays that are out of our control. Also, tracking numbers may start providing updates once the package is scanned and has entered your country (if international), which can take up to 20 business days after dispatch. 

As of December 21, there are temporary restrictions on shipments from the UK to Ireland and the EU. Deliveries will experience increased delays until these restrictions are removed.

Shipping* & Handling Charges are as follows:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $50, shipping to the US and UK
    • $5.00 flat fee for orders less than $50
    • Canada: $25.00 flat fee
    • EU Zone 1: £5.00 flat fee
    • EU Zone 2: £10.00 flat fee
    • EU Zone 3: £15.00 flat fee
  • For the rest of the world, shipping charges are as follows:
    • $25.00 flat fee for orders less than $50
    • $50.00 flat fee for orders more than $50
  • CultBeauty offers Free Worldwide Standard Delivery on international orders over £40

    We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes, delays or transfers from Royal Mail or USPS to the local carrier in your country, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States or United Kingdom.
