Love my BON Eco Pillow

I knew I would love this as I already have the cushion but wanted something a bit more compact too. It’s great for the back of the neck, shoulders, lower back and also under the back of my knees. I also have the eco mat, eco strap & the roller, so pretty much covered! Thanks to the BON team, your products really help me.

Bed of Nails and pillow

I really like my new bed of nails and pillow. It does take a little getting use to at first but the more I use it the better I feel. Less back pain and more flexibility. Overall my body feels better 👍

Another excellent product

Great addition to the range. I’d primarily bought the pillow to ease my neck but actually love it the most for my feet as the contour means the whole of the sole is in contact with the ‘nails’. Love the eco range - but could there be a little less product plastic packaging?

Feeling of the Bed of Nails

I'm happy to have my Bed of Nails head rest, as I mainly use it while I practice my Ukelele, as I sit with my bare feet on the pillow, like a foot rest - that stimulates the soles of my feet as I practice. I look forward to my practice sessions with the foot stimulation, every day. I know it's stimulating all of my acupressure points at once, this way.

Mighty fine ECO line!

Absolutely superb quality. Very well made, mindfully designed and packed. Lovely earthy textures, no synthetic smells and easy to use and store. 15-20 minutes on the mat leaves my back, shoulders and sacrum quite relaxed and de-stressed. I also end up having a very deep rest within few minutes so I must say it’s got a very calming affect on my nervous system too.
