I was surprised just how quickly you do get used to the initial pain when using this mat, within 10 minutes I felt reluctant to get off, as I had been transported to a state of bliss, I am VERY pleased with my purchase and will continue to use this regularly, my sleep has improved and I have used it for migraine pain and neck pain, and it has helped a great deal.

Haven't had it long enough to experience longterm relief from back pain, but I do feel good after using it . . . gives me a euphoric feeling. I did a lot of research when picking which brand to purchase. Although BON was more expensive than most, I feel good about the value. Also would like BON to make a larger mat for larger bodies. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I highly recommend. I even bought one for my mom and will probably gift a couple for the holidays.

Bon mat and pillow

Incredibly soothing for bad hip and back pain. Has really helped with my discomfort. I find it really helps to use before bedtime as it helps me to relax and aids a good night's sleep.

A useful addition to my health (!) regime.

I have definitely slept better than before BOD. I have 2 degenerative diseases so it is not fair to judge pain relief as such but there might be some marginal improvement. Definitely something worth having!!!

I love, love, LOVE my bed of nails! I have at least 20 minutes daily, first thing in the morning, I feel totally energised and before I go to bed at night, feel so relaxed I sleep like a log! Thank you Bed of nails x
