My absolute favorite purchase in a very long time!
I was skeptical, but hopeful when I came across the brochure for this product. I've tried everything I can think of to help with severe anxiety and PTSD. This is by far my favorite purchase. I've learned a lot of strategies for working through anxiety and I've come a long way, but the BON gives me a place to go to when I'm struggling and I find that when my mind would normally be all over the place with anxious thoughts, the BON seems to somehow give my mind a focal point that it keeps coming back to until the anxious thoughts have burned themselves out. I use the mat and the neck pillow and I put on an eye mask for sleeping and I just focus on breathing through the anxiety. The BON doesn't hurt at all, but it seems like the nails offer just enough of a distraction to draw my attention to the sensation while the anxious thoughts do their own thing until they're gone. I use this multiple times a day, even when I'm not anxious, and I love it more each time I use it!
