BED OF NAILS ACUROLLER 

Covered by 486 non-toxic plastic nails, the Bed of Nails Acuroller is a great tool for stimulating energy in the body for self healing treatments and relaxation. The pressure of the rounded nails against the skin works similar to acupuncture, to relieve pain and tension, or increase circulation. May be used in combination with the BON Mat and Pillow or by itself

Designed to make pressure adjustment simple and easy, the Bed of Nails AcuRoller is similar to acupuncture and can help the body release endorphins, the body’s very own “happiness drug” which provides a sense of joy, energy and pain relief, and oxytocin, which makes you calm and relaxed (yes, it is possible to feel energetic and be relaxed at the same time!). Everybody reacts differently to acupressure, and the effects may even vary from time to time; you may feel sleepy, alert, relaxed, happy and a clearer mind. Acupressure may also help the body rid itself of toxins, so it is important to drink water after using the Bed of Nails.

HOW DO I USE THE BED OF NAILS ACUROLLER?

For targeted, on-the-go treatment, we’ve made a mobile roller version of our beloved Bed of Nails. Designed with your convenience in mind, the AcuRoller is compact and portable. Whether you’re at home, in the office, in the car or traveling, you can enjoy the soothing effects of acupressure therapy whenever and wherever you need it.

Simply apply the nails by rolling directly on the skin on the area of your body that you want to treat. Everyone is different, so apply the amount of pressure that is right for you. Even a light pressure will help you feel the treatment! Use your BON Acuroller when needed, preferably daily. 10 to 20 minutes or as long as you desire.
