this looks like a lint roller, very convenient to use, is not wide so you can roll it all over your body (arms, legs, neck, shoulders, head etc). Wish they had an eco version.
I have been using the mat for months and love it so tried the small strap for spot treatment. Works great. For the large mat I use that nightly. My daughter-in-law borrowed it after being in a car accident and she could not believe how much it helped. She slept all night without having to take muscle relaxers. She layed on it for 20 minutes at night and said it was amazing. I agree just love the products.
I’ve tried other mats before, but this one is by far the best. It was more expensive than the others, but the quality really stands out.
I usually lie on it for 15–20 minutes after a shower or sauna, when my body is warm — it seems to work better that way. The acupressure definitely helps release tension points and promotes deep relaxation.
I have 4 BON pillows now including the Eco version which is in the lounge. I keep one in the car, I use another one on my feet while doing red light therapy & this new one is for my garden room. Yes I know I could just move them from place to place but this way I always have one where I need it! I also have an Eco mat & Eco cushion which are in the bedroom & a couple of the wraps. Maybe I’m a bit extreme but I love them!❤️

I was surprised just how quickly you do get used to the initial pain when using this mat, within 10 minutes I felt reluctant to get off, as I had been transported to a state of bliss, I am VERY pleased with my purchase and will continue to use this regularly, my sleep has improved and I have used it for migraine pain and neck pain, and it has helped a great deal.
I was skeptical at first, tried it out a few times, and started to notice a big difference. Quality of sleep improved, stress levels dropped to a more calm state. I am thinking of ordering another one for my office chair!
It’s like you’re being poked by 1000 hot needles, and I love it! I can feel myself relax as soon as I touch the mat, I notice the blood circulation being improved. I don’t understand how some people think it hurts. It feels amazing!! I regret not buying the pillow!
I use my BoN as a part of my evening routine. I purchase the travel BoN so I could continue my routine on vacation. It fits perfectly in a carryon suitcase and helped me recover from flights and adventuring.

It's as if someone pushes 1000 hot needles in your back. And I love it! I could totally fall asleep on this. Took me no time to get used to it. Wish I had purchased the pillow as well.
I knew I would love this as I already have the cushion but wanted something a bit more compact too. It’s great for the back of the neck, shoulders, lower back and also under the back of my knees. I also have the eco mat, eco strap & the roller, so pretty much covered! Thanks to the BON team, your products really help me.
I use the blanket for my back pain, sore hands and even on the feet. I lie on the blanket between 20-40 minutes on the bed. It leaves the area red and prickly with a nice sensation. It really helps reduce tension by stimulating and warming the area giving you a sense of relaxation and relief. .However, it doesn't really reach the upper part of the back, the scapula (shoulder blades) and trapezius. For this, I use the pillow. I also use the pillow for the legs because the blanket doesn't apply the pressure evenly. It takes some time getting used to using it on the neck and bit cumbersome to put between side of neck and top of shoulder. Wish the pillow had a handle to take out and put in it's cover. Overall, great product, well made, nice portable bags, and really helps reduce tension. Highly recommendable.
The best sleep I have gotten in a long time. It’s deeper sleep during the night when I use my mat before bedtime. It is pricey, but when you consider the cost of countless massages or acupuncture appointments to create that same effect, it’s a great investment. I love that I can do it daily in the comfort of my own home!

Great stuff, I'm using it once or twice a day, for 10 to 45 min sessions, to bring me back here when needed- instantly most often- and to muscle relaxation on the evening.
I really like my new bed of nails and pillow. It does take a little getting use to at first but the more I use it the better I feel. Less back pain and more flexibility. Overall my body feels better 👍
